We are serious about contributing to a better and more caring planet. This is through tangible contributions as our business grows.

I developed the flatbread product to initially serve my own needs after understanding that I had gluten intolerance/sensitivity. I had the symptoms for many years and eventually, they became significant ie stomach aches, severe loss of energy, and acid reflux which was impacting my breathing. These issues I am happy to say are 100% gone with a key staple our gluten-free flatbread.

Our flatbread was then commercialised (exactly the same bread, we just also sell it now) due to what we believe is a gap in the market for a really tasty, versatile, and nutritious, gluten-free bread. This bread has loads of benefits due to the way it is prepared (germinated brown rice), fermented, and the nature of the ingredients used. We have named our bread RiCircle© as it is mostly rice and circular in shape.

We also produce a gluten-free flour called GP Flour. This flour is a general-purpose flour (GP) and only contains 3 ingredients that are mixed in exactly the right ratio. No flour improvers or preservatives.

We will be adding to our gluten-free range and range in general (not only doing gluten-free but other healthy food options) as we see gaps in our own nutrition with the opportunity to share more broadly.
